Set in some 200 acres of Hampshire’s most beautiful woodland we have been serving the learning and development needs of organisations since 1985.

We have opted for a natural environment without distraction so that we can enjoy focus and learning. Our style is rustic and relaxed with log cabins and wood burning stoves.

We understand and acknowledge that experiential learning is the most effective method of learning. We have therefore constructed some 40 different team tasks and a comprehensive ropes course in a magnificent woodland environment. These resources are invaluable in delivering a wide range of programmes for individual, team and organisational development.
